The following is a public service announcement regarding a local thug

PSA—The public should take note that if you see Ricky L. Trout, let him know there’s an active warrant out of Richland County for his arrest.

Rickelle Trout. STILL not off parole; STILL going around allegedly beating people up; STILL nothing done about it.

Rickelle Trout. STILL not off parole; STILL going around allegedly beating people up; STILL nothing done about it.

The warrant has sat unserved for the better part of two weeks now (issued May 15), due in large part, no doubt, to Richland County prosecutor David Hyde’s reluctance to do anything meaningful to anyone with the last name of Earp or Trout, thus causing the death of one of them in late 2011 after years of terrorizing the countryside in Richland, Marion, Hamilton and Saline counties.

Trout’s most recent brush with the law was similarly ignored for a lengthy period of time and still hasn’t made any meaningful progress through the Richland County court system.

Worst of all, as you can see by the embedded graphic (or, merely check for yourself on Illinois Department of Corrections’ website by typing in his name in the search field), this idiot is still on parole for multiple crimes, this parole not concluded until September, and the most recent two arrests should be clear violations of that parole…but not for Rickelle.

So our advice to you in Richland County is this: Hyde’s ignoring of the thug life in Richland proved to be fatal to one of them, but can be of benefit to you. We advise that if you’re on parole, and you get arrested for punching someone in a parking lot or hitting your wife with a bottle and strangling her, you get a good attorney and have him argue that Hyde is setting precedent with Rickelle and his punk offspring. If it’s good enough for them, it should be good enough for you…and if he makes sure your parole is violated, start suing. Because it’s obvious that his prosecution of EVERYONE, under the circumstances, is malicious…since he can’t be fair and across-the-board about it.

And if you see Rickelle, let him know he should turn himself in…the county desperately needs the bond money, and we need a new booking shot.
