JACKSON CO., Ill.—Reports out of Jackson County today indicate that the filing of a wrongful death lawsuit will commence this afternoon.
According to the Varughese family, the case will be filed against the last person to see 19-year-old Pravin Varughese alive on the evening of February 12, Gaege Bethune, 20, of Eldorado.
