PULASKI CO., Ill.—A high-speed chase was reported this morning at about 9:30 on Interstate 57 from Pulaski County, Illinois, into Missouri.
Sheriff’s deputies and Mounds police were at that time in pursuit of a silver Mitsubishi vehicle (no model or year given).
Pursuit in progress was at speeds in excess of 100 mph.
Additionally, it’s been reported that shots were fired, but whether they were from the Mitsubishi or from law enforcement is unknown.
