Suspect is described as black male, 5′ 9″ to 6′ tall. Wearing black jacket with red or orange sleeves with emblem on left chest. Baggy black pants.
MCHS is feeding the Aces & Greenville a post-game dinner. School has been locked down because of incident. Both teams being held at school.
Red Honda has been stolen from 200 block of Miskell within last hour
Stolen vehicle has been “ditched” on 1800 Blvd near Guisewite Construction. Suspect back on foot.
K-9 being taken to that location to track.
Black Escalade may be enroute from Princeton to try and pick up suspect.
WABASH CO.—One person is in custody at this time after another armed robbery has occurred in southeastern Illinois.
Wabash County authorities are still looking for a second suspect that fled on foot after an armed robbery at CJ’s convenience store in Allendale. One man is in police custody at Wabash County jail.
Police were able to stop that suspect’s vehicle near Cherry Street Estates in Mt. Carmel, and reportedly, at that time was when the other suspect fled.
The second suspect is described as armed and dangerous. Folks are advised to lock their doors and stay inside.
