CRAWFORD CO.—The release of Jody (aka Jodi) Stifle back into the general population after he’d served a term for a drug conviction—and subsequently was arrested for his alleged part in the beating of Harley Walters-Johnson in Oblong—not only was a failure of the court system, but it put a nutcase back on the streets.
And now, he’s back to his old tricks, if his kids are to be believed.
