Herrin City Police report for January’s end, 2019

HERRIN, Ill. – Here’s your Herrin Police Department weekly arrest report for the week ending January 28, 2019....and it includes a few juveniles behaving badly.

Paul D. Kalpakoff, 29, Buncombe, was arrested on Jan. 23 on a warrant for criminal trespass. Kalpakoff was transported to the Williamson County Jail.

A 16-year-old juvenile, Energy, was arrested on Jan. 23 for theft. The juvenile was released to a guardian.

A 15-year-old juvenile, Herrin, was arrested on Jan. 23 for theft and burglary. The juvenile was released to a guardian.

Jody L. Price, 41, was arrested on Jan. 24 for possession of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, defective muffler, operating uninsured vehicle, and driving while license revoked. Price also had a warrant on a traffic violation. Price was transported to the Williamson County Jail.

Dallas A. Woodward, 30, Carterville, was arrested on Jan. 24 for driving while license revoked / suspended. Woodward was released on a notice to appear.

Diego D. Nevith, 44, Forest Park, was arrested on Jan. 25 on a warrant for a traffic offense. Nevith was transported to the Williamson County Jail.

Brandi M. Taylor, 38, Vienna, was arrested on Jan. 25 for possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and obstructed windshield.

A 15-year-old juvenile, Herrin, was arrested on Jan. 25 for possession of cannabis. The juvenile was released to a guardian.

George Ware, 60, Herrin, was arrested on Jan. 25 for aggravated domestic battery and criminal trespass. Ware was transported to the Williamson County Jail.

Ally R. Morris, 19, West Frankfort, was arrested on Jan. 26 on a warrant for a traffic offense. Morris was transported to the Williamson County Jail.

Michael P. Rodriguez, 28, Herrin, was arrested on Jan. 26 for aggravated domestic battery. Rodriguez was transported to the Williamson County Jail.

Michael R. French, 62, was arrested on Jan. 26 for driving under the influence. French was released on an individual bond.

Brittney A. Williams, 32, Herrin, was arrested on Jan. 26 on a warrant for a traffic violation. Williams was transported to the Williamson County Jail.
