Janice Turner, 49 and also of St Louis, Mo., has been arrested for Retail Theft in the 3000 block of W DeYoung St on February 2.
Jessa Crabtree, 27 of Ava had been arrested for Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle, Driving While License Suspended, Revoked Registration, Possession of Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia in the area of DeYoung St and Carbon St on February 2.
David Ahr, 39 of Marion has been arrested for Possession of Methamphetamines and Retail Theft at Roll N Up Liquor on February 2.
Phillip Morgan, 30 of Harrisburg has been arrested for Criminal Trespass to Property and Resisting a Police Officer in the 2700 block of W DeYoung St on February 3.
