Bradley Alspach
CRAWFORD CO., Ill. - A Palestine man charged with a single, serious sex abuse count was taken into custody last night, report Crawford County authorities.
Authorities yesterday evening (Tuesday, October 30) took Bradley L. Alspach, 61, into custody at a rural address on North 1875th Street, Palestine, after a warrant for his arrest had been issued. The case was opened Monday, Oct. 29.
Alspach, who has no criminal history in Crawford, is accused of Aggravated Criminal Sexual Abuse of a Victim under the age of 13, a Class 2 felony. The incident dates back to August 1, 2014.
He's set for a prelim in a couple of weeks, November 19.
