WHITE CO., Ill. - A man from Evansville has had his case closed in White County, Illinois, and he's off to one of Illinois' prisons for a little while.
Kyle Frazier, 30, of Evansville, was sentenced earlier today (Wednesday, September 26) in White County Circuit Court in his Class 2 felony Retail Theft case.
In exchange for his plea, Frazier received a sentence of 4 years IDOC, to be followed by 2 years of parole.
Frazier was also ordered to pay restitution and court costs in the amount of $2,181.78, none of which has been paid.
Carmi Police Department was the investigating agency.
