Monday, September 3 at 12:24 am, Alan Hill, 37, of Flora was issued a Local Ordinance Citation for Fighting, following an incident in the 200 block of East North Avenue.
Monday, September 3 at 11:47 am, Flora Police arrested Timothy Phillips, 39, of Centralia for Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Deliver and on a Marion County Warrant for Failure to Appear, following an incident in the 900 block of North Olive Road. Phillips underwent booking at Flora Police Department and was then transferred to the custody of Clay County Sherriff’s Office.
Monday, September 3 at 2:41 pm, Flora Police arrested Richard Bassett, 57, of Flora on a Clay County Warrant. Bassett was transported to Flora Police Department for booking and then transferred to Clay County Sheriff’s Office.
Wednesday, September 5 at 5:47 pm, Stephen Sharp, 33, of Noble was issued a Citation for Operating a Vehicle with Expired Registration, following a traffic stop on US Rte 45/50.
Wednesday, September 5 at 6:20 am, Cathy Hartman, 49, of Flora was issued a Local Ordinance Citation for Parking or Storage of Inoperable Motor Vehicle, following an incident in the 100 block of West South Street.
Wednesday, September 12 at 5:19 pm, Flora Police arrested Kenneth Sanders, 43, of Flora on a Clay County Warrant for Failure to Appear. Sanders was taken to Flora Police Department and was unable to post the necessary cash bond and was transferred to Clay County Jail.
Friday, September 14 at 7:01 pm, a male juvenile, 17, of Flora was issued a Local Ordinance Citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, following an incident in the 200 block of Given Drive.
Saturday, September 15 at 3:08 am, Flora Police arrested Kevin Warren, 61, of Fairfield for Driving While License Revoked and a Wayne County Warrant, following a traffic stop in the 500 block of North Sycamore Street. Warren was transported to Flora Police Department for booking and was unable to post the necessary cash bond on the Warrant. He was transferred to Clay County Sheriff’s Office.
Saturday, September 15 at 6:30 pm, Flora Police arrested Richard Simmons, 51, of Clay City, on Clay and Richland County Warrants. Simmons was transported to Flora Police Department, where he was unable to post the necessary cash bond and was transferred to the custody of Clay County Sheriff’s Office.
Saturday, September 15 at 6:47 pm, Lee A Stanford, 57, of Flora was issued a Citation for Illegal Transportation of Alcohol, following a traffic stop in the 500 block of South State.
