MaryLou in her ride
MARION, Ill. - Marion resident MaryLou O’Connor received a lifelong wish for her 74th birthday.
A group from Riders of the Son Christian Motorcyclists Association granted her wish yesterday (Saturday, August 18), by taking her for a ride lasting more than an hour. even taking her all around Crab Orchard Lake.

Marylou was so excited and said she had so much fun. She is a resident of the Butler Highrise in Marion. Friends and neighbors greeted her upon her return and cupcakes were passed out.
