KNOX, CO., Ind. - A guy from White County has been picked up in Knox County, across the river in in Indiana, for an alleged DUI infraction, according to Indiana State Police.
Indiana State Police said that between 11:00 Friday night (August 17) and 3:00 Saturday morning (Aug. 18), Indiana State Police conducted a saturation patrol targeting dangerous and impaired drivers. Troopers issued six traffic tickets, 20 warnings and arrested two impaired drivers.
Logan O. Hudson, 21, of Evansville, was arrested for driving while intoxicated after he failed to move over for an emergency vehicle on US 41 near the 44 mile-marker.
Dennis Banks, 30, of Crossville, Ill., was arrested for driving while intoxicated on Old US 50 near Wheatland after he drove past a “Road Closed” sign. Both drivers were arrested and taken to the Knox County Jail.
