HARRISBURG—Details are still sketchy, but we’re hearing that Harrisburg-area drug felon Joshua Ragan has gotten in trouble as of last night over an incident with his girlfriend.
Ragan, 37, is reported to have gotten into a physical altercation with Heather Vaughn, 35, of Eldorado, which resulted in what’s been reported to us as Vaughn “looking like she’d been in a car accident.”
The injuries she sustained, according to friends of hers, were cuts from glass and “bites all over her.”
Ragan is reported to us as being a son of a local DCFS worker, which keeps him out of any significant trouble for the most part, with certain lapses, apparently, when authorities can no longer overlook his behavior, including this dope felony from a few years back; note that Alan Downen was listed as his attorney of record, meaning someone paid top dollar to ensure that the plea was handled by the best attorney in the area.
