UNITED STATES—Many Americans look on in horror as their President embraces what many see as a global agenda that would bring all countries under some kind of central government.

Even those prone to calling everything a “Conspiracy Theory” if it doesn’t match the official version of pablum doled out by White House officials are beginning to see the smoke clear from the screen they have been looking at for decades…and they don’t like what they see.

Those voicing concern are mainly confined to the internet thus far, but those voices are sounding alarm at Barack Obama’s announcement that he intends to sign a United Nations Gun Ban treaty Monday, June 3.

Sure he is. Let's face facts.

Sure he is. Let’s face facts.

Obama’s threat to sign such a document, thus pulling the United States into a global treaty, flies directly in the face of the United States Senate passing an amendment blocking the United States from becoming any part of such a treaty.

If Obama signs the treaty and if he pushes for its enforcement it would be tantamount to treason.

It would lead to a massive global registry of all guns.

The United Nations Arms Trade Treaty would establish regulations for global arms sales.

Items listed as being governed by the treaty include artillery, tanks and small arms which includes all handguns.

Sunday, April 2, the United States was among the 153 members of the United Nations General Assembly who passed the treaty.

Now president Obama is threatening to add the United States, by signing the treaty, to the list of those governed by its restrictions, thereby ignoring the March 23 amendment introduced by Senator James Inhofe (R-Okla.) which prevents the United States from entering into such a treaty.

The treasonous act president Obama would be taking is the direct violation of Article II, Section 2, Clause 2 of the U.S. Constitution, the President “shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur.”

How gun activists will react should Obama sign the treaty remains to be seen.
