OLNEY—A memorial service for Ed Hataway was held at Haven Hill Cemetery in Olney at 10 this morning, complete with military rites.
Hataway was considered a missing person from September 16 until remains found outside Red Hill State Park in Lawrence County were determined this past week to have been him.
More information, and more photos of the memorial service, will be presented in the upcoming print version of Disclosure, on stands beginning December 18 and continuing through the 19th.
Full military rites were given Mr. Hataway, a Navy vet.
A seven-rifle, three-shot (21-gun) salute was offered Mr. Hataway.
There were approximately 100 in attendance for the services.
