WILLIAMSON CO., Ill.—The Williamson County Highway Department has notified the public of another road closure going on this morning that might affect the morning commute of folks in the area.
Today, Grassy Road will be closed approximately ¼ mile west of Illinois 37. This closure will be in effect to allow replacement of a culvert under the road.
This work is expected to take approximately 2.0 hours (9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.)
Traffic control will be in place to advise motorists of the closure.
Motorists are encouraged to seek alternate routes while this work is completed.
A quarter-mile west of 37 is where the work will be.
