MT. CARMEL—Reports of the body of an elderly woman being found in her car on the city boat ramp in Mt. Carmel have been confirmed by officials.
According to officials, the vehicle was found partially submerged on the city’s boat ramp at the Wabash River.
There is no confirmation on the elderly woman’s age, no on the cause of death. It’s unclear when the car was found, but unofficially, sources say this occurred this morning.
