GIBSON CO., Ind. (Hazleton)—Gibson County Central Dispatch reported that earlier (Wednesday) morning, a female body was found in the area of the White River in Hazleton.
The body was found around 7 AM Central time Wednesday morning by officials from the Hazleton-White River Volunteer Fire Department.
The Knox County Coroner has taken possession of the body and has an autopsy was scheduled for 1 p.m. Wednesday. Officials from Knox County will release the details on the autopsy later on.
As we had reported earlier in the week, 49-year old Dara Fine went missing in the Hazleton Area. Gibson County Officials along with divers from the Indiana Department of Natural Resources were involved in the search. Officials have not confirmed the deceased at this time.
