WABASH CO., Ill.—A repeat Wabash County crim is behind bars again after an incident that occurred yesterday, July 21.
Ivan Dill…head intact.
According to a press release by Mt. Carmel police, Ivan K Dill, 36, of Mt. Carmel, was arrested on two counts of felony Criminal Trespass to Residence, this after Mt. Carmel Police were dispatched to Apartment Building C of the apartments at 1413 W 3rd Street on a report of Dill “beating his head” against the C Building.
Officers were also advised the Dill had unlawfully entered an occupied residence at C Building as well, according to the complainant.
Officers arrived on scene and found Dill sitting on the ground. Dill was taken into custody at this time. The complainant informed officers that after repeated demands for Dill to leave the apartment failed, he had to shove Dill out of the apartment and then lock the door.
Officers then found another complainant at the same apartment building, who advised she came home to find Dill inside her residence as well…unlawfully. Complaints were taken from both residents against Dill.
ill was transported to the Wabash County Jail where he was issued said charge.
Dill is being held without bond until set by a judge.
