Legence Bank in Eldorado is taking donations for the people of Harrisburg.
These are just a few efforts having been submitted to us from our readers; there is a plethora more. In fact, we were just told that there are people being turned away, as of today, who want to offer their businesses or services to the relief effort. It’s not that they don’t want or need them; it’s just that, being very early, has yet to get as organized as the influx of help that’s come in can be put into play! So those who want to volunteer, be patient….and be on standby. There will be ways to help; the relief effort just has to put it together.
Please feel free to post here if you know of any other offers of relief coming the way of the storm survivors.
