UPDATE
CONFIRMATION—FORT IS BEING RELEASED TOMORROW, FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 17.
We received communication that according to Fort’s family, DOC policy is that releasees scheduled to get out on a date that falls on a holiday—as Monday, Feb. 20 does, since it’s “President’s Day”—will be released the prior business day.
Since Saturday isn’t a regular business day for DOC, Fort gets out tomorrow.
