Brian James O’Neill II

OLNEY–It was apparent last night (December 9, 2013) at the first Olney city council meeting of the month, that mayor Ray Vaughn was tired of Brian James O’Neill II disrupting the meetings, but not like the people of Olney would have anticipated.
O’Neill was advised by Vaughn after prior meetings that his body odor was a bit too much for the council to handle, which was causing a “disturbance” and that he needed to be sure he bathed before coming to the meetings.
A council member advised Disclosure that after O’Neill gave his speech, Vaughn spoke with Olney police chief Kevin Paddock who then asked O’Neill to leave. O’Neill refused and then finally gave in to leaving.
