Woodford County, IL - Woodford county, which was heavily impacted by today’s line of storms, is now the site of many shelters for those who lost their homes.
Anyone that has been displaced is advised by Woodford County authorities that they can go to any of the following facilities for shelter: Snyder Village in Metamora, Lone Oak Lutheran Church, Riverview Grade School, Congerville Church’s Fellowship Hall, the American Legion in Toluca, Washburn High Scool, Wehnona High School, Germantown Fire House, Toluca West School, Washburn Legion, and Linn Menonite School.
Emergency workers in Woodford county were still unsure of the extent of the damages in the area as of 9:50PM this evening, November 17. Officials reported to Disclosure that most of the county is without power this evening, and the full extent of the damage likely wont be know until tomorrow.
