On April 17, 2019 at approximately 2 p.m., there was a vehicular accident involving Edgar County Sheriff Deputy Adam Rhoads, who was responding to a call and traveling west on Highway 16, and Stacey Adams, who was traveling east on highway 16. Adams allegedly turned into the path of Deputy Rhoads
The only information we have been able to obtain from the Sheriff’s Office is Stacey Adam’s mugshot.
According to a County Board Member both vehicles were totaled in the accident.
