
HERRIN, Ill. - Here’s your Herrin Police Department weekly arrest report for the week ending April 8, 2019.
Thomas W. Alwell, 36, Carbondale, was arrested on April 2 for driving while license revoked/suspended, operating uninsured vehicle, and use of electronic communication device. Alwell was released on an individual bond.
Valerie M. Holmes, 52, Herrin, was arrested on April 2 for driving while license revoked/suspended and disobeyed stop sign. Holmes was released on an individual bond.
Dustin L. Williams, 32, Herrin, was arrested on April 4 for disorderly conduct. Williams was transported to the Williamson County Jail.
Jackie G. Miller, 57, Herrin, was arrested on April 5 for driving while revoked/suspended. Miller was released on a notice to appear.
Haley J. Tolbert, 26, Carterville, was arrested on April 5 for battery. Tolbert was transported to the Williamson County Jail.
Dawn M. Lyerla, 38, Herrin, was arrested on April 7 for domestic battery. Lyerla was transported to the Williamson County Jail.
Jason C. Spiller, 37, Herrin, was arrested on April 7 for domestic battery. Spiller was transported to the Williamson County Jail.
John V. Sutton, 51, Christopher, was arrested on April 8 for possession of methamphetamine, endangering the life/health of a child. Sutton also had a warrant for a weapon offense. Sutton was transported to the Williamson County Jail.
Alena M. Leeper, 21, Royalton, was arrested on April 8 for driving while license revoked/suspended, possession of drug paraphernalia, obstructing identification, expired registration, and operating uninsured vehicle. Leeper also had a warrant for possession of methamphetamine. Leeper was transported to the Williamson County Jail.
Joshua G. Siron, 35, Herrin, was arrested on April 8 for driving under the influence and operating uninsured vehicle. Siron was released on an individual bond.
