David Borta, 29 of Marion has been arrested for Disorderly Conduct/Filing a False Police Report, Illegal Transportation of Alcohol by Driver and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle in the area of Granite St and College St on February 17.
Ronald Cox, 38 of Carbondale has been arrested for Retail Theft at Menard’s on February 18.
