Marion City Police Department report, second week of February 2019

MARION, Ill. - Marion City Police officials had a busy second week of February 2019, as this report displays.

Keith Barnes, 37 of Marion has been arrested for Criminal Trespass to Property in the 300 block of E Marion St on February 5.

Michael Yates, 36 of Carrier Mills has been arrested for Disorderly Conduct I the 700 block of N Carbon St on February 8.

Jamie Dumaw, 37 of Marion has been issued a citation for Retail Theft in the 800 block of N Court St on February 7.

Ralph Vance, 49 of Joppa has been arrested for Retail theft in the 2500 block of Blue Heron Dr. on February 8.

Chad D Smith, 29 of Marion has been arrested for Possession of a Weapon by a Felon, Domestic Battery and Aggravated Assault with a Firearm in the 1800 block of N State St on February 9.

Tammy Chamness, 49 of Herrin has been arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Disorderly Conduct and Reckless Driving on February 9 in the 2100 block of W Main St.

Christopher Hulsey, 29 of Marion has been arrested for Violation of an Order of Protection and Possession of Controlled Substance in the 400 block of E Dennison St on February 10.

Scottie Mayfield, 43 of Marion has been arrested in the 3300 block of W DeYoung St for Disorderly Conduct on February 10.

Ray Flener, 30 of Marion has been arrested for Aggravated Fleeing/Eluding Police, Driving While License Revoked, Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle and Domestic Battery on February 11 in the area of Main St and Comfort Dr.

Jamie Miles, 28 of Marion, has been arrested for Domestic Battery in the 1000 block of W DeYoung St on February 11.

Tesha Webster, 18 of Marion has been arrested for Disorderly Conduct in the 1400 block of W Boulevard St on February 12.
