WILLIAMSON CO.—We knew we were going to run into some interesting things when we started covering Williamson County in our expansion southward, but we had NO idea THIS little matter would pop up.

The story grew all the more interesting when Disclosure learned, post-July Special Edition (like, the next day), that Paige Gregg, in 2010, had been running all over the ‘burg bragging that she had been the one to prompt the Franks’ breakup.

Like we said in the vidcast, both these young ladies might be talking out their rears about a guy who, by Saline/Williamson county purposes, has more money than God and they want some of it….but it nevertheless brings out of the shadows what is otherwise languishing in a courtroom while HIPAA is being utilized to do what it was designed to do: order medical history documents turned over to a court of law.

AND, there’s a little bit of Brittany sprinkled in with this one as well.

Here now is the lead section of the front page lead article from the July-August 2013 issue, “Banker sued in civil case.”

WILLIAMSON CO.—A well-known Harrisburg businessman now living in Marion has been sued in a civil case in Williamson County on at least one count of battery.

But it’s not just any battery.

Tom Franks, chairman of Farmers State Bank in Harrisburg, has been named by a former girlfriend (2009), Natalie Shelton, as having “battered” her by giving her herpes.

In his response, Franks, represented by none other than Harrisburg attorney Robert Wilson, says in carefully crafted language that he’s “never been diagnosed” with herpes.

However, a recent court decision has used HIPAA to back up an order for medical testing of both parties…so the results can, and likely will, determine the outcome of the case.
