CARMI, Ill. - A Saline County man venturing over into White County found himself the subject of an arrest Saturday for violating an order of protection among other infractions.
Carmi Police report that the incident went down on Saturday morning, February 2, at 7:50 a.m., when Paul M. Seagraves, 41, of Eldorado, was arrested in the 200 block of Steven Street in Carmi, apparently as the result of a traffic stop.
He was cited for Driving While License Suspended, but then also taken into custody for Violation of a White County Order of Protection, as well as Stalking, a Class 4 felony.
Seagraves is currently being held at the city/county jail in Carmi pending posting of bond.
