HERRIN, Ill. – Here’s your Herrin Police Department weekly arrest report for the week of January 7-14, 2019.
Jessica L. Marczewski 35, Herrin, was arrested on Jan. 7 on a warrant for possession of methamphetamine. Marczewski was transported to the Williamson County Jail.
James D. Brown, 48, Carbondale, was arrested on Jan. 8 for driving while revoked/suspended and possession of methamphetamine.Brown was transported to the Williamson County Jail.
Mary K. Merritt, 39, Herrin, was arrested on Jan.8 for disorderly conduct and possession of controlled substance. Merritt was transported to the Williamson County Jail.
Richard Hernandez, 37, Herrin, was arrested on Jan. 9 on a warrant for disorderly conduct. Hernandez was transported to the Williamson County Jail.
Christopher T. Phelps, 37, Herrin, was arrested on Jan. 9 on two counts of theft. Phelps was transported to the Williamson County Jail.
Victoria N. Kerley, 20, Marion, was arrested on Jan. 10 on a warrant for a traffic violation. Kerley was transported to the Williamson County Jail.
Misty J. Rosenow, 31, Herrin, was arrested on Jan. 10 on warrants for burglary, violation of order of protection, and traffic violation. Rosenow was transported to the Williamson County Jail.
Derek M. Curtright, 32, Herrin, was arrested on Jan. 11 on a warrant for a traffic offense. Curtright was transported to the Williamson County Jail.
Joshua L. Mueller, 38, Herrin, was arrested on Jan. 12 for fleeing/eluding a peace officer, driving while license revoked/suspended,possession of controlled substance, and possession of methamphetamine. Mueller also had a warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia. Mueller was transported to the Williamson County Jail.
Megan D. Berkel, 32, Bonnie, was arrested on Jan.13 on a warrant for unlawful use of credit card. Berkel was transported to the Williamson County Jail.
James B. Gurley, 36, was arrested on Jan. 13 for reckless discharge of firearm, aggravated discharge of firearm, unlawful restraint, and aggravated domestic battery. Gurley was transported to the Williamson County Jail.
Zayne M. Grant, 21, Johnston City, was arrested on Jan. 13 for driving under the influence. Grant was transported to the Williamson County Jail.
Alexis N. Cartwright, 20, was arrested on Jan.14 on a warrant for a probation violation. Cartwright was transported to the Williamson County Jail.
Adam D. Duncan, 26, Herrin, was arrested Jan.14 for violation of bail bond. Duncan was transported to the Williamson County Jail.
Timothy L. Johnson, 50, Buckner, was arrested on Jan. 14 for driving while revoked/suspended. Johnson was released on an individual bond.
Jesse O’Keefe, 37, Benton, was arrested on Jan. 14 for criminal trespass to residence. O’Keefe was transported to the Williamson County Jail.
