Andrew A. Bisailon, 19 of Zeigler, is charged with Criminal Damage to Property over $500. Separate charges of Aggravated Battery of a Police Officer and Resisting Arrest were also filed.
Chelsea L. Campbell, 29 of Benton, is charged with two counts of Possession of Controlled Substance Except (A)/(D).
Christopher T. Phelps, 37 of Herrin, is charged with Theft/Stolen/Intent under $500 with prior.
Mark A. Havens, 60 of Marion, is charged with Aggravated Domestic Battery/Strangle.
Michelle L. Dawson, 30 of Herrin, is charged with Possession of Methamphetamine less than 5 grams.
Scott A. Hancock, 47 of Johnston City, is charged with Theft/Control over $10,000 and Financial Exploitation of the Elderly/Disabled between $5,000 and $50,000.
Allen J. Colboth, 47 of Goreville, is charged with Possession of Methamphetamine less than 5 grams.
Vicki J. Overton, 44 of Marion, is charged with Possession of Controlled Substance Except (A)/(D).
John L. Wagner, 57 of Johnston City, is charged with Manufacture/Delivery of Cannabis between 30 and 500 grams.
Nicole R. Kabat, 29 of Herrin, is charged with Retail Theft over $300.
Dustin L. Motsinger, 40 of Herrin, is charged with Possession of Controlled Substance Except (A)/(D).
Angela Martine, 43 of Marion, is charged with Aggravated Reckless Operation of Motor-craft.
Felony Dispositions
Justin W. Lacy of Hurst plead Guilty to one count Possession of Controlled Substance Except (A)/(D) in 2016; probation and public service completed, case terminated satisfied.
Jason A. Eddy, 40 of West Frankfort, plead guilty to Domestic Battery/Bodily Harm reduced from Aggravated Domestic Battery/Strangle; case terminated unsatisfied.
Jordan Mathew Clark, 33 of West Frankfort, plead not guilty to two counts of Intimidation/Physical Harm; case dismissed on state’s motion.
Quentin E. Arnold, 43 of Marion, plead guilty to Failure to Report Accident/Death. He completed 48 months probation, 120 days in jail and 6 months electronic device. Case terminated satisfied.
Justin A. Bradford, 22 of Marion, offered no plea to one count of Residential Burglary. He was given the offender initiative program. Case terminated/unsatisfied.
