Meth arrests, burglary and more highlight Flora Police report

FLORA, Ill. - Flora's police department has had the usual crim offerings of meth crimes, burglary, and lots more, all to be found in the police report provided by Chief John Nicholson.

Monday, November 19 at 3:18 pm, Flora Police arrested Adam Pride, 36, of Flora on a Failure to Appear Warrant out of Clay County. Pride was taken to Flora Police Department and was unable to post the necessary cash bond and was transferred to Clay County Sheriff’s Office.

Thursday, November 22 at 1:01 am, Flora Police arrested Ian Wood, 26, of Flora for Driving Under the Influence, Driving Left of Center, Expired Drivers License and Possession of Cannabis, following a traffic stop at the intersection of South Mill and East Washington Street. Wood was taken to Flora Police Department for booking procedures and released with a Notice to Appear.

Friday, November 23 at 1:29 pm, Flora Police arrested Jacob Hunley, 25, of Flora for Domestic Battery, following an incident in the 100 block of East 8 th Street. Hunley underwent booking procedures at Flora Police Department prior to being transferred to Clay County Jail.

Friday, November 23 at 6:18 pm, Flora Police arrested Zachary Henson, 26, of Flora for Possession of Methamphetamine, following an incident in the 300 block of East Scudamore. Henson underwent booking at Flora Police Department and was transferred to the custody of Clay County Sheriff’s Office.

Friday, November 23 at 6:30 pm, Adam Pride, 36, of Flora was arrested by Flora Police for Obstructing Justice and Contributing to Delinquency or Criminal Delinquency of a Minor, following an incident in the 300 block of East Scudamore. Pride was taken to Flora Police Department for booking procedures and transferred to Clay County Sheriff’s Office.

Sunday, November 25 at 9:37 pm, Flora Police arrested a 17-year-old Male Juvenile for Residential Burglary, Resisting Arrest and Possession of Methamphetamine, following an incident in the 600 block of East 4th Street. The male juvenile underwent booking at Flora Police Department and was transported to a Juvenile Detention Facility. Matthew Hostettler, 30, of Flora was also arrested for Obstructing Justice. Hostettler underwent booking at Flora Police Department and was released with a Notice to Appear.
