DISTRICT 19, CARMI - Illinois State Police (ISP) District 19 Commander, Captain Cory Ristvedt, has announced the results of a Special Traffic Enforcement Patrol (sTEP) conducted in various counties in the district during the holiday weekend at the end of November.
These sTEP Patrols, ISP said, allowed the ISP to provide increased enforcement for impaired driving, occupant restraint, speeding, and distracted driving violations during the National “Click It or Ticket” Campaign.
Wayne County
The first was Wayne County’s, held on Nov. 21.
Saline/Gallatin counties
Here are the results of a Night Special Traffic Enforcement Patrol (sTEP) conducted in Saline and Gallatin counties during the evening hours of Nov. 23, and early morning hours of Nov. 24.
White County
And here are the results of a Special Traffic Enforcement Patrol (sTEP) conducted in White County on Nov. 25.
