HERRIN, Ill. - The Herrin Police Department has released their weekly arrest report for the time period covering October 30 through November 5, 2018.
Lance L. Baldwin, 30, Herrin, was arrested on Oct. 30 on a warrant for a traffic offense. Baldwin was transported to the Williamson County Jail.
Darnell Timmons, 43, Colp, was arrested on Oct. 31 on a warrant for a traffic offense. Timmons was transported to the Williamson County Jail.
Misty J. Rosenow-Nelson, 30, Herrin, was arrested on Nov. 2 on a warrant for assault. Rosenow-Nelson was also charged with possession of methamphetamine. She was transported to the Williamson County Jail.
April M. Wrubleski, 34, Herrin, was arrested on Nov. 2 for domestic battery. Wrubleski was transported to the Williamson County Jail.
Kevin N. Kempfer, 52, Herrin, was arrested on Nov. 2 for violation of bail bond. Kempfer was transported to the Williamson County Jail.
David T. Holmquist, 53, Herrin, was arrested on Nov. 2 for battery. Holmquist was transported to the Williamson County Jail.
Mark A. Decoursey, 42, Energy, was arrested on Nov. 2 for driving under the influence, improper lane usage and expired registration. Decoursey was released on an individual bond.
Jordan K. Dawson, 26, Carterville, was arrested on Nov. 3 for possession of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, disobeyed stop sign and operating uninsured vehicle. Dawson was transported to the Williamson County Jail.
Kalen L. Gibbs, 29, Herrin, was arrested on Nov. 5 for unlawful use of credit card and unlawful use of weapons. Gibbs was transported to the Williamson County Jail.
Harley Jarvis, 22, Herrin, was arrested on Nov. 5 on a warrant for possession of methamphetamine. Jarvis was transported to the Williamson County Jail.
Gregory L. Martindale, 20, Herrin, was arrested on Nov. 5 for domestic battery and mob action. Martindale was transported to the Williamson County Jail.
Dalton Key, 18, Johnston City, was arrested on Nov. 5 for battery and mob action. Key was transported to the Williamson County Jail.
Jeremy Jennings Jr., 18, Herrin, was arrested on Nov. 5 for battery and mob action. Jennings was transported to the Williamson County Jail.
Two juveniles from Herrin were arrested on Nov. 5 for mob action. Both juveniles where released to a guardian.
