Dustin L. Williams, 32 of Herrin, is charged with one count Theft under $300 having been previously convicted.
Gregory J. Cotton, Jr., 32 of Carterville, is charged with one count Residential Burglary.
James V. Mattingley, 46 of Harrisburg, is charged with one count Possession of Methamphetamine under 15 grams; codefendant Jenna F. Foster, 28 of Harrisburg, is charged with one count Possession of Methamphetamine less than 15 grams. During a traffic stop by Marion Police, authorities discovered Mattingley was driving on suspended license. The officer also noted an open bottle of Fireball whiskey between the seats. After a more thorough search, a bottle of Mohawk vodka was located under the driver’s seat, as well as a total of 6.17 grams of meth. It was a he said/she said as to who the drugs belonged to.
Sarah E. Rogers, 27 of Goreville, is charged with one count Aggravated Fleeing 2-plus control devices and Resisting a Peace Officer.
Kevin J. Rath, 56 of Creal Springs, is charged with two counts Phone Harassment/No Conversation 3-plus times. He is being held in the Williamson County Jail on a $1,000 cash bond.
Casey L. Hebner, 32 of Grayville, is charged with two counts Possession of Controlled Substance Except (A) and (D) and one count Cause Child To Be Endangered, a Class A misdemeanor.
Adam W. Mayberry, 42 of Fairfield, is charged with two counts Possession of Controlled Substance Except (A) and (D) and one Class A misdemeanor Cause Child To Be Endangered.
Crystal N. Guetta, 34 of Harrisburg, is charged with one count Possession of Methamphetamine less than 5 grams; codefendant Brendan K. Phelps, 35 of Raleigh, is also charged with one count Possession of Methamphetamine less than 5 grams.
Delaynard C. Martin, 27 of Marion, is charged with one count Possession of Controlled Substance Except (A) and (D).
Alexandria N. Cunningham, 22 of DuQuoin, is charged with one count of Possession of Methamphetamine less than 5 grams and Obstructing Identification; codefendant Billy J. Reed, 23 of Murphysboro, is charged with two counts Possession of Controlled Substance Except (A) and (D)
Zachary L. Ford, 24 of Johnston City, is charged with Child Sex Offender in a School Zone and a separate felony charge of Aggravated Battery of a Police Officer.
Felony Dispositions
John R. McKenzie, 45 of Herrin, plead guilty in 2016 to Possession of Methamphetamine less than 15 grams. He received 24 months probation and 30 hours public service. Last court date says Revoke/Vacate /Probation. A separate case of Domestic Battery was terminated unsatisfied.
Emily R. Ramsey, 24 of Arab, Alabama, formerly of Marion, plead not guilty to Aggravated Battery in a Public Place. She plead guilty to a lesser charge of Retail Theft.
Kimberly E. Smith, 48 of Herrin, plead guilty to one count of Forgery; she received 24 months probation and 30 hours public service. Two additional Forgery charges were dismissed.
Rance A. Andrew, 22 of Marion, plead not guilty to Aggravated Fleeing Police 21 miles over speed limit. Case dismissed on state’s motion. He took a plea of guilty to a Reckless Driving traffic ticket he caught on the same night and received 12 months probation, 100 hours public service and fines
Selina Medina, 21 of Marion, plead not guilty to Retail Theft over $300; charges were reduced to a Class A misdemeanor to which she plead not guilty; she was found guilty and received 18 months probation.
Billy J. Jeralds, 26 of Carterville, plead not guilty to Criminal Sexual Assault/Can’t Consent; charges dismissed. He entered no plea to Aggravated Criminal Sexual Abuse victim over 5 years and no plea to Unlawful Restraint. He plead guilty to Domestic Battery/Bodily Harm; case dismissed.
Todd R. Wagner, 45 of Johnston City plead not guilty to Aggravated Battery of a victim over 60; case dismissed.
Elisa M. Kirkpatrick, 44 of Christopher, plead not guilty in 2015 to Aggravated Cruelty to Animals; she had been found Guilty and received 24 months probation. Case terminated satisfied
Jonathan E. Inchcliff, 36 of Carterville, plead guilty in 2017 to a charge of Possession of Controlled Substance; he received 30 months probation and 53 days in jail. His probation was revoked and he received 15 days in jail, case terminated satisfied.
Brian E. Carle, 27 of Herrin, gave no plea to Burglary Without Damage; case dismissed.
Shane F. Crawshaw, 50 of Johnston City, plead to Aggravated Fleeing 2 or more control devices. He received 30 months probation and 180 days home confinement in force. He plead not guilty to two added counts of Aggravated DUI/3; those charges were dismissed. In a separate case of Aggravated DUI/4, case dismissed.
Cathy L. McCree, 58 of Marion, plead not guilty to Aggravated Battery of a child under 13 causing bodily harm. She plead guilty to a misdemeanor charge of Battery/Bodily Harm and received 6 months court supervision and fines.
