EDWARDS CO., Ill. - A regularly-appearing-on-the-docket crim has been sentenced in Edwards County for his most recent transgressions.
Edwards County State's Attorney Eric St. Ledger said that Robert W. Pritchard, 22 of Albion, was sentenced yesterday (October 2, 2018) to a total of 4 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections followed by a term of 4 years of Mandatory Supervised Release (formerly known as “parole”) in Edwards County Case No. 2016-CF-56.
Pritchard was also sentenced to a total of 3 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections followed by a term of 4 years of Mandatory Supervised Release in Edwards County Case No. 2017-CF-11. The sentences in these two cases were ordered to run concurrently.
Pritchard previously admitted to violating his probation in both cases on July 10, 2018. Judge William Hudson was the sentencing judge. Edwards County State’s Attorney Eric A. St Ledger prosecuted the case on behalf of the People of the State of Illinois and public defender Brian Shinkle represented the defendant.
