CLAY CO.— It would appear that Flora city authorities have caught themselves a suspected methamphetamine dealer.
The arrest was noted in the department’s latest report.
According to Flora Chief of Police John Nicholson, on Wednesday, September 9, at 4:30 p.m. city police arrested Cristian Gonzalez, 25, of Flora on a charge of Driving While License Suspended, following a traffic stop in the 800 block of East Fourth Street.
Gonzalez was transported to Flora Police Department for booking procedures and released with a Notice to Appear.
The next day, Thursday, Sept. 20, at 11:51 a.m., Flora Police arrested Jeffrey Wathan, 18, of Flora on a Clay County Warrant for Failure to Appear and Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Deliver, following an incident in the 200 block of West Maple Street.
Wathan underwent booking at Flora Police Department and was transferred to Clay County Sheriff’s Office.
Later that night, at 10:41 p.m., Flora Police arrested Seth Sharp, 19, of Flora for Illegal Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor, following an incident in the 200 block of West North Ave.
Sharp was also issued Local Ordinance Citations for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Cannabis.
Sharp underwent booking at Flora Police Department and was released with a Notice to Appear.
On Saturday, Sept. 22, at 12:23 a.m., city officers arrested Brayden Hubble, 18, of Flora for Domestic Battery, following an incident in the 500 block of South Elm Street.
Hubble was booked at the Flora Police Department prior to being transferred to the custody of Clay County Sheriff’s Office.
And later that night, at 11 p.m., Scott Boose, 50, of Flora was issued a Local Ordinance Citation for Harboring a Barking Dog, following an incident in the 700 block of Shadwell.
And it also appears that on Sunday, Sept., 23 at 10:22 p.m., Timothy Mince, 37, of Flora was issued a Citation for Speeding, following a traffic stop in the 1100 block of Worthey Street.
