MARION, Ill. - The Marion Police Department Narcotics Unit has had another successful bust involving an alleged delivery operation in Marion.

The MPDNU executed a search warrant in the 600 block of Vinewood Lane earlier this morning, Friday, August 10. The investigation revealed the residents, Nichole R. Swann, 38, and her boyfriend, Craig L. Simon, 26, were distributing controlled substances.

The search warrant was executed in a tactical manner with the assistance of the Marion Police Department Emergency Response Team and done so without incident. A search of the residence was conducted and revealed methamphetamine, cocaine, cannabis, packaging materials, weighing equipment and United States Currency.
Nichole Swann was issued citations for Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Cannabis With the Intent to Deliver. Craig Simon was issued citations for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Cannabis With the Intent to Deliver.
Swann and Simon were conveyed to the Williamson County Jail, awaiting their first appearance in court.
