CROSSVILLE, Ill. - A man who had to seek a Stalking/No-Contact Order against Crossville's version of Brian James O'Neill has had items stolen from his premises a couple of weeks after the plenary order was entered.

Patti Hyatt

Daniel and Anita Weedman of Crossville are the latest individuals to obtain an OP against Patti Hyatt, whose rants both in person and online have made her more of a pariah (a lá O'Neill) in that town than ever before, as she attacks whomever she perceives has slighted her or her miscreant sons, White County crims Joseph Levi Jordan and Michael Troy Jordan.

The Weedmans filed for the OP on June 6, stating that on May 31, Hyatt "began texting posting on Facebook and telling individuals threats to me and family against our life, property if we didn't pay her money we didn't owe. She threatened extortion and physical damage and harm to us and property."

The filing was entered on an emergency basis that day, then a plenary (two-year) order was entered June 22.

Yesterday afternoon (Monday, July 16), Daniel Weedman gave a report to Deputy Randy Graves, advising that sometime in the overnight hours of Sunday into Monday, someone took the following items from his garage: a Skil cordless drill, a Skill drill with a cord, a Skil belt sander, and a 10-inch Black & Decker circular saw.

He also reported that someone took the hoses off his pool, allowing the water to drain from it.

No suspects were listed...but this should be interesting in light of everything that's occurred between the Weedmans and Hyatt up to this point.
