Williamson County’s Felony Friday is here!

WILLIAMSON CO., Ill. – Here’s your Felony Friday report, for week ending Friday, July 13, which includes felonies filed, felonies disposed of (either by pleas, dismissal or otherwise) and DUIs, which are not felonies (they’re misdemeanor traffic) but which are serious enough to warrant featuring here.

Let’s get started.

Felonies filed

William B. McKinney, 38 of Herrin, is charged with one count of Residential Burglary and Criminal Damage to Property over $500. He is free on $500 cash bond and is required to seek substance abuse evaluation. Arresting agency Williamson County Sheriff’s office.

Lavelle D. Timmons, 41 of Colp, is charged with one count of Aggravated Battery. Arresting agency Williamson County Sheriff’s office.

Shawn M. Byrley, 37 of Herrin, is charged with Aggravated Domestic Battery, Criminal Damage to Property, Reckless Conduct and an additional charge of Reckless Driving. He is free on a $1,000 cash bond. Arresting agency Herrin Police. Jerry W. Goldman, 47, is charged with Deceptive Practice, Aggravated Home Repair Fraud over $500, and Aggravated Home Repair Fraud (victim was elderly). Arresting agency Carterville Police.

Amanda M. Poore, 39 of Herrin, is charged with Possession of Methamphetamine less than 5 grams. Arresting agency Herrin Police.

Thomas K. Duffey, 56 of Marion, is charged with False Alarm/Complaint to 911. Arresting agency Marion Police.

William D. Basenberg, Jr., 24 of Energy, is charged with Theft/Stolen/Intent more than $500. Arresting agency Williamson County Sheriff’s office.

Korshawn D. Johnson, 18 of Marion, is charged with one count of Residential Burglary. Arresting agency Marion Police.

Dusty D. Bozarth, 32 of Carterville, is charged with Theft/Disposal of Merchandise less than $300 having been previously convicted. Arresting agency Marion Police.

Kenneth D. Vickery, 23 of Mt. Vernon, is charged with Forgery/Issue/Deliver Document and Theft by Control with Intent over $500.

Felony Dispositions

Jeremy Ryan Fulford, 30 of West Frankfort, pled Guilty to Possession of an Amount of a Controlled Substance Except (A) and (D); withhold judgment and received 24 months probation and fines.

Michelle N. Henson, 27 of Mt. Vernon, pled Guilty to Other Amount of Narcotics Schedule 1 and 2. She received 36 months conditional discharge and fines. A Manufacturing/Delivery of Cannabis charge was dismissed.

Thomas L. Burnett, 49 of Herrin, Theft/Unauthorized Control over $500; pled Not Guilty. It was dismissed Nolle Prosequi (for want of prosecution).

Edward A. Fritcher, 37 of Simpson, pled Not Guilty to Use of Forged Credit/Debit Card. It too was dismissed Nolle Prosequi.

Allan B. Chamizo, 30 of Johnston City, pled Guilty to Possession of an Amount of Controlled Substance Except (A) and (D). He received 24 months probation and 7 days in jail with credit for time served.

Michael J. Pentecost, 38 of Stonefort, pled Not Guilty to Unlawful Restraint. It was dismissed on state’s motion.

Christopher R. Camden, 29 of Carbondale, pled Not Guilty to Aggravated Domestic Battery, Unlawful Restraint, Interfering with a Report of Domestic Battery, Violation of Bail Bond/Family Member, Criminal Trespass To Residence. It was dismissed Nolle Prosequi.

Dylan M. McRoy, 21 of Carbondale, pled Not Guilty to Manufacturing/ Delivery of Cannabis over 10 grams. McRoy plead Guilty to a reduced charge of Manufacturing /Delivery less than 10 grams and received 6 months probation and fines. He plead Not Guilty to Illegal Possession of Ammunition/FOID; those charges were dismissed.

Michael S. Ligon, 44 of Marion, pled Not Guilty to Burglary. It was dismissed Nolle Prosequi.

Autumn L. Walker, 29 of Carterville, pled Not Guilty to Possession of an Amount of Controlled Substance Except (A) and (D) and Domestic Battery with Bodily Harm. It was dismissed Nolle Prosequi.

DUIs

Levi R. Micheletto, 23 of Marion, one count DUI plus 3 other traffic violations. Arresting agency Marion Police.

Joshua W. Bramlett, 29 of Zeigler, two counts DUI along with 2 other traffic violations. Arresting agency Energy Police.

Richard E. Denham, Jr., 47 of West Frankfort, one count DUI and 3 other traffic violations. Arresting agency Johnston City Police.

Ashly K. Costellia, 25 of West Frankfort, two counts DUI along with 2 other traffic violations. Arresting agency Herrin Police.

Morgan B. Peeler, 20 of Murphysboro, one count DUI and one other traffic violation. Arresting agency Carterville Police.
