July 6, Clay County Sheriff's Deputy arrested Lenard C. Beard, 37, Flora, on an outstanding Clay County warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Aggravated Battery. Bond set in the amount of $3,000.00 (10 percent), plus $75.00 warrant fee. He posted bond and was released.
July 6, Clay County Sheriff's Deputy arrested David L. Jones, 46, Fairfield, on an outstanding Clay County warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Unlawful Manufacture of a Controlled Substance, Drug Related Child Endangerment and Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance. Bond set in the amount of $3,000.00 (10 percent), plus $75.00 warrant fee. He posted bond and was released.
July 6, Clay County Sheriff's Deputy cited Lonnie Tackitt, 43, Louisville, for Louisville Ordinance, Disturbance of the Peace. He was given a Notice to Appear and released.
July 7, Clay County Sheriff's Deputy arrested Al J. Butts, 57, Kinmundy, for Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine. Bond set at $20,000.00 (10 percent). He is currently incarcerated in the Clay County Jail.
July 9, Clay County Sheriff's Deputy arrested Curtis Venable, 38, Clay City, for Domestic Battery. Venable is currently incarcerated in the Clay County Jail awaiting the setting of bond.
