WILLIAMSON CO., Ill. – This week’s felony filings in Williamson County, as well as felony dispositions and misdemeanor DUIs, are featured in our weekly offering of Felony Friday....which, despite the heat, has been about the nicest day this storm-filled week.
Felonies filed
Trissa L. McClintock, 49 of Cambria, has been charged with one count Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance in that she knowingly had in her possession a substance containing hydrocodone. Other charges include Driving While License Revoked and Illegal Transportation of Alcohol. Arresting agency Energy Police.
Dereck L. Edgar, 36 of Ava, is charged with two counts Aggravated Domestic Battery, Domestic Battery and one count Unlawful Interference With the Reporting of Domestic Violence. He is free on a $500 cash bond and is to have no contact with the victims. Arresting agency Williamson County Sheriff’s office.
Corey J. Carlton, 32 of Marion, is charged with one count of Theft. Records show Carlton admitted stealing an iPhone 7 that was accidentally left at the self-checkout by another customer. The theft was captured on surveillance video. Carlton told a detective he gave the phone to someone else. Carlton has a previous conviction for Theft.
Cody G. Feezor, 19 of Herrin, is charged with one count of Aggravated Domestic Battery with Unlawful Use of a Deadly Weapon, being a wooden level. Feezor is in the Williamson County Jail with a $200 cash bond. Arresting agency Energy Police.
John Henry-Clinton Smith, 23 of Hurst, is charged with one count of Aggravated Unlawful Use of a Weapon. Smith’s FOID Card had previously been revoked and it’s alleged that he knowingly carried a loaded weapon in a vehicle, being a 22 revolver with five rounds with four being spent and one live. He is free on a $240 category B bond after spending two days in jail with $30-per-day credit. Arresting agency Herrin Police.
Jerilyn C. Patrick, 23 of Harrisburg, is charged with one count of Forgery. Patrick is said to have presented a check to a local business on a non-existent business account payable to herself for $498.88
Nicole M. Cook, 23 of Marion, is charged with two counts of Aggravated Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Driving Suspended from October 2017. In April 2018 she was once again charged with two counts Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Driving Revoked, this being her third alleged offense.
Colby L. Robbins, 39 of Marion, is charged with Possession of Methamphetamine. Robbins was picked up by Marion Police on a warrant and during a search less than five grams of meth were discovered in a Newport cigarette pack. Robbins also has a misdemeanor charge of Resisting Arrest.
Jana D. Cole, 30 of Colp, is charged with two counts Unlawful Use of Credit/Debit Card and one count Theft over $500.
Chartez D. Phillips, 20 and Deangelo M. Gray, 21, both of Carbondale, are both being charged with one count each of Theft and Residential Burglary being a flat screen TV, two jars of coins and five firearms. Arresting agency Johnston City Police.
Brandon E. Shadowens, 21 of Johnston City, is charged with Failure To Report Address - Sex Offender Out of Compliance. Arresting agency Williamson County Sheriff’s office.
Richard B. Anderson, 63 of Marion, is charged with Failure to Report Address-Sex Offender Out of Compliance. Arresting agency Williamson County Sheriff’s office.
Christopher A. Kodak, 42 of Harrisburg, is charged with Aggravated Assault of a Peace Officer. Arresting agency Marion Police.
Ryan W. Kelly, 33 of Creal Springs, is charged with Possession of Controlled Substance Except (A)/(D). Arresting agency Marion Police.
Anthony S. Andreola, 26 of Herrin, is charged with Criminal Damage to Property over $500. Arresting agency Herrin Police.
Adam M. Snyder, 38 Herrin, is charged with Child Sex Offender in School Zone. Arresting agency Williamson County Sheriff’s office.
Cynthia J. Roberts, 35 of Marion, is charged with Theft/Control over $500.
Betty M. Colp, 30 of Herrin, is charged with Possession Controlled Substance Except (A)/(D). Arresting agency Herrin Police.
Janis Girado, 62 of Marion, is charged with Possession Amount Controlled Substance Except (A)/(D). Arresting agency Marion Police.
Felony Dispositions
Lenard L. Duncan pled Guilty to Mfg/Delivery between 1 and 15 grams of Cocaine, a reduced time charge from 15 to 100 grams. He received seven years in DOC with credit for 118 days served. Manufacture/Delivery of Cannabis 30 to 500 grams dismissed. Possession Other Amount Schedule 4 dismissed.

Brock A. McGee, 25 of Creal Springs, is charged with two counts DUI. Arresting agency Herrin Police.
Esquivel I. Sanchez, 23 of Marion, is charged with one count DUI. Arresting agency Marion police.
Stephen A. Marcec, 45 of Carterville, is charged with one count DUI. Arresting agency ISP.
Danny G. Clerk, 40 of Carbondale, is charged with two counts DUI. Arresting agency Energy Police. Austin S. Wilkerson, 22 of West Frankfort, is charged with two counts DUI. Arresting agency Energy Police.
DUI Dispositions
Barbara Jean Herin, 52 of Herrin, was found Not Guilty of one count DUI.
Lori A. Jordan, 54 of Carterville, was found Not Guilty of one count DUI
