SALINE CO., Ill. - The Saline County arrest report is in, and it's kind of a light bit of work considering it covers a nine-day period of June 14 through the 23rd, 2018.
Do note, however, the ones who are released on their own recognizance (thanks to the Bond Reform Act, wherein certain felonies and most misdemeanors require that the suspect NOT post bond thanks to bleeding-heart liberal legislators in Cook County); that means they don't have to post any bond and are released with a promise that they'll return to court when scheduled, and if they don't, they're subject to jailing and higher bond (maybe. If Bond Reform guidelines don't preclude it. But note also, from here on out, how many people don't show up for subsequent dates...and how many don't end up posting bond. Bond Reform is going to destroy many downstate counties; watch and see.)
