HARRISBURG—Reports of a man brandishing a knife and walking around a package store in Harrisburg prompted a swift police response tonight, Saturday, May 25, 2013.
Sources on-scene at J&J’s Drive-Thru Liquors told Disclosure staff that “some guy with a knife was pacing back and forth and acting crazy” in the store, which prompted the call to police, who arrived swiftly and in respectable numbers.
Our staff on scene watched ISP rolled up at about 10:15, after the initial call came in shortly before 10 p.m.
Fortunately, everything was under control by the time the state trooper arrived, and statements were being taken by Harrisburg police when ISP left.
There’s been no one taken into custody as far as we know, but all is well now; kudos to Harrisburg police for their quick response. The crazies are definitely out this weekend.
