CRAWFORD CO.—If it’s not a full moon, it’s definitely SOME kind of atmospheric activity impacting folks all across the Heartland.
We just learned that earlier this evening (possibly as long ago as about 11:30 p.m., Friday, May 24), Crawford County Sheriff’s officials, accompanied by what police force the city of Oblong has (Chad Pusey as chief) were notifying people in a rural area north of Oblong to “lock their houses” and be careful, as they were currently looking for what they believed to be an “armed suspect” in the vicinity.
Other than having called for a tracking dog at about midnight, there has been NO other word on the situation, nor any more to report.
If we do get anymore, however, we’ll pass it along to you as soon as we can. We do have people in the area watching and listening, and communicating with law enforcement officials. More as we get it; keep checking back.
