STILL Bridgeport mayor Max Schauf
U.S. DISTRICT COURT, BENTON—Max Schauf, mayor of Bridgeport, has entered guilty pleas to ALL FOUR of his federal indictments as of this morning, 05.08.13.

Schauf is still acting mayor and will be so until next Tuesday, when newly-elected mayor Brad Purcell is seated, thanks to an oversight in Bridgeport city administration over the last couple of days wherein a previously-planned removal of Schauf from office will not occur prior to the regularly-scheduled meeting.
