WAYNE CO.—An Eldorado teen was killed in a single-vehicle accident at the Route 45/Interstate 64 exchange early this morning (May 4, 2013), according to Wayne County Sheriff’s officials.
Authorities say that Joel Boulds, age 17 (CORRECTED), was the victim of the accident that occurred before 4 a.m. this morning. The exact time is pending the investigation being done by Wayne County authorities, but sheriff’s department officials tell Disclosure that the accident was called in at 3:58 a.m.
Boulds was a sports star at Eldorado high school, and was particularly well-known for basketball.
