CLARK/CRAWFORD COs.—Earlier today (04.25.13) I heard of possible looting going on in the terrible flood that’s inundated Old York (outside of West York) on the Wabash River. I headed up there this afternoon to speak with residents and find out what was going on. There hadn’t exactly been pirates coming in off the Wabash, but people were in a bad way with the floodwaters, which came up very quickly and somewhat unexpectedly. Greg Clark gave me a tour around the flooded village, and here’s the video I shot of this tour:
