SALINE CO.—JUDGE WALDEN MORRIS HAS SENT THE JURY BACK TO DELIBERATE AFTER THEY SENT WORD THAT THEY WERE HUNG—IN OTHER WORDS, THAT A UNANIMOUS VERDICT COULD NOT BE REACHED. THAT MEANS THAT THERE IS AT LEAST ONE PERSON WHO WILL NOT GIVE UP THE PRESUMPTION OF INNOCENCE OF RICKY TURNER, ACCUSED OF MURDERING 4-YEAR-OLD JESSIKA JAMES.
