SALINE CO.—The fate of Richard Turner II, 35, of Saline County, a well-known crim in the area with convictions in the realm of dope and sex offenses, is in the hands of a jury of his peers, who will decide now, after more than three and a half years, if he is responsible for the death of little Jessika Rena James, 4, in Eldorado in June of 2009.
